What does winning the Freshman of the Year mean to you?
I feel really honored to get that award. That what a great season for me so far. I’m looking forward to finishing strong at the NCAA tournament. I couldn’t have gotten this award without my team and their support.

Who is you biggest role model?
My biggest role model in sports is Marat Safin. He is a great athlete and entertainer. He made a lot of kids motivated to play tennis in Russia.
